Según explicó al Diario de Almería, la monitora María del Carmen García, la propuesta de este taller era:
«Sensibilizar sobre el medio ambiente a través de actividades lúdicas que, además, sean transversales al aprendizaje de otras materias como, en este caso, la historia y algunas de sus mujeres más representativas». Así, «hilando unos temas con otros» los estudiantes aprendieron medio ambiente e historia en una sola lección.
